Choosing this most popular package is preferable for the Bride who may have completed part of her wedding planning and desires less assistance than from the Full Service Package. With the Mid-Scale Package, AWE provide wedding planning and event supervision and direction from the rehearsal through the completion of the wedding reception.
Big Day Package
This package is for the Bride who may have already completed part of her planning and needs less help than a Full Planning Package. This offering allows the Bride a hands-on role in her planning activities, complemented by our professional assistance. to ensure that your wedding day flows smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

Scheduling a complimentary initial consultation with the Bride and Groom to understand your vision for the Wedding Day and how you want it to flow

Assisting with the preparation of your Wedding budget

Assisting in finding, negotiating and booking reputable vendors

Scheduling appointments to accompany Bride and Groom – up to four meetings per vendor category

Providing unlimited planning meetings between clients and planner

Conducting four site visits for both Ceremony and Reception locations

Obtaining and reviewing all contracts and contact all vendors to inform them of Atlanta Wedding Events’ responsibilities and contact information

Collect and inventory Wedding items to be set up on Wedding Day; such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc., and transporting them to the Ceremony and Reception venue

Plan Rehearsal Ceremony, Processional and Recessional placement
Day of the Wedding:

Coordinate and supervise at the Ceremony site and during the Reception on the day of your Wedding

Address any issues that may arise on the Wedding Day

Hire an additional assistant(s) when needed

Set up aisle runner, candles, programs, etc., at Ceremony site
